We were in Cleveland due to an unexpected medical emergency with my mom… And Mark was wonderful in being flexible with our needs to check in and check out. The house is perfectly located between the airport and the hospital… It made us feel at home during a very emotional time. I would highly recommend This house and would stay again if we go back to Cleveland under better circumstances.

Located in a nice neighborhood, Mark’s place was comfortable and suited our purposes. The loft was like a private suite. We had no trouble finding our way from the rental to the sights downtown. We were very pleased.
