With all original 19th century woodwork, 10ft ceilings, large seating areas, gas and natural wood fire pits, 6 smart TV’s, cell phone service and no need for 4 wheel drive, we’ve designed a space that brings all the beauty, luxury and convenience of home, right to the center of The Hocking Hills . KITCHEN The Frances Rose has a roomy kitchen with a full-sized oven and stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, large sink, bar-style glass washer, and ample counter space. We’ve also completely stocked the kitchen with all your cooking essentials for making full meals. Some of the things we provide are: Toaster, blender, pots and pans, baking dishes, wine and drinking glasses, plus plenty of plate ware. ***NEW*** Gas grill out back for all your BBQ needs! COFFEE BAR We've partnered with our local coffee roasters, Hocking Hills Roastery to provide our guests a local and delicious morning experience, with the help of freshly roasted coffee beans! If you're less of the grind your own beans type and more the quick 'n easy type though, we've also provided a Keurig machine with a variety of K-cups. LIVING Perfect for the gathering spot! With a LARGE sectional couch, you can enjoy entertainment from the 55” smart TV. It works with Roku to access your favorite online streaming services. Kids and adults will love the assortment of family favorite games found next to the electric fireplace! DINING Enjoy dining or game nights together in our large dining room! With 10ft ceilings and a beautiful wall of windows, sit beside the greenery wall and neon lights, at our large wooden dining table with ample amount of seating. 4 BEDROOMS The Frances Rose has multiple separate sleeping areas making it ideal for large families or groups of friends to enjoy together. - Bedroom #1- King sized bed, located upstairs, full sized closet and dresser, 55” Smart TV. - Bedroom #2- Queen sized bed and custom-built XL sized bunk beds for kids or adults, located upstairs, full sized closet and dresser, smart TV. - Bedroom #3- Queen Sized bed, full sized closet, armoire, and smart TV. - Bedroom #4- The Second St. Cinema! Sleeper sofa, located downstairs with electric fireplace, stocked with popcorn and everything needed to enjoy movies on the 55” smart TV. 2 FULL BATHROOMS #1 Located downstairs, completely renovated, including a custom tile shower, complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and lots of extra towels and washcloths. #2 Located upstairs, and similar to the downstairs bathroom, completely renovated, including a custom tile shower, and complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy our private, fully fenced in backyard! Whether it’s lounging and watching TV on our outdoor couches, around the propane fire pit, under the gazebo, or burning some real wood and roasting marshmallows around our second large fire pit, the backyard at The Frances Rose is the perfect place to relax or entertain your entire group of family and friends. CHILDREN We designed The Frances Rose with families like ours in mind! We have a pack n play, stroller, games, kids cups, plate ware, and utensils, and a high chair for your use. We’re also located DIRECTLY next to a large park that includes a full-sized basketball court, large field and playground! PETS We love our animals and we're so happy to be able to invite our guests to bring a four-legged friend with them to The Frances Rose!
